By visiting the Service, creating an account, purchasing digital access, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description and Nature of the Service
Seduvelle is an adults-only online dating and social discovery platform. It allows members to discover profiles by location, view profile and gallery information, and submit private social introduction requests.
Service scope: Seduvelle provides member account access, location-based profile discovery, private profile and gallery viewing, and social introduction request tools through this website. Profile information is supplied and managed by Seduvelle, authorized profile owners, or registered applicants.
The Service provides digital information and communication tools. Compatibility, responses, introductions, and relationship outcomes depend on the independent choices of adult members. An introduction request may be accepted, declined, or require further verification.
3. Eligibility and Adult-Only Access
You may use the Service only if you:

Premium Membership begins when checkout is completed and automatically renews every month at $29 until canceled. You may cancel before the next billing date from your account when account cancellation controls are available or by emailing liuyelei777@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid billing period.
6. Payments and Billing
By completing checkout, you authorize the initial $29 charge and recurring $29 monthly charges until cancellation, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners. Seduvelle does not store your full payment-card number, security code, or complete card credentials on its servers.
Please ensure the billing email and payment information supplied at checkout are accurate. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at liuyelei777@gmail.com before initiating a bank dispute so we can investigate. We aim to acknowledge billing inquiries within two business days.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to prevent a future renewal. Canceling does not normally refund the current billing period. You may request a refund within seven days of the initial purchase when you have not used private profile details or submitted an introduction request.
We also provide a full or proportionate refund, as appropriate, for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, an unauthorized transaction reported promptly, or a verified Service failure lasting more than 72 continuous hours that prevents access to the purchased digital features.
To request a refund, email liuyelei777@gmail.com with the account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is normally 5–10 business days after approval. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
These rules apply to all member accounts, profile submissions, messages, social introduction requests, links, and other use of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish, request, or promote pornography, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual services, prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual conduct;
- involve, target, depict, sexualize, or endanger any person under 18, including child sexual abuse material;
- promote graphic violence, bloodshed, threats, terrorism, or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
- promote hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, impersonate, or deceptively manipulate the likeness or identity of another person;
- publish private information without authorization or infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights;
- upload malware, scrape the Service at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use automated systems without permission;
- send spam, misleading promotions, or requests unrelated to lawful social discovery; or
- use the Service in violation of applicable laws, payment-network rules, or these Terms.

Seduvelle reviews reports and profile submissions, may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report suspected exploitation or unlawful conduct to payment partners or public authorities where required or appropriate.
9. Social Introduction Requests
Each participant decides independently whether to communicate or meet. You are responsible for exercising judgment, communicating boundaries, obtaining ongoing consent, choosing safe public or appropriate meeting locations, and complying with local law.
Seduvelle may help transmit a request but is not a party to private communications or offline interactions between users. Profile descriptions, availability, and preferences may change, and we do not warrant that every statement made by another user is complete or accurate.
10. Profiles, Content, and Intellectual Property
The Seduvelle name, visual design, software, text, organization, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Seduvelle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.
When you submit text, photos, profile information, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You grant Seduvelle a limited license to host, display, format, moderate, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and promote the Service. You may request removal of your content by contacting us.
11. Data, Privacy, and Security
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS and protected authentication cookies. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Payment-card information is handled by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners and is not stored on Seduvelle servers.
12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seduvelle and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from an offline interaction. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Seduvelle during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing us from the registered account address. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, or legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
