5. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Payment processing: Waffo Pancake and its payment partners process checkout, payment, tax, fraud, and refund information. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on Seduvelle servers.
  • Authentication: Google processes data when you voluntarily choose Google sign-in.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: hosting, domain, security, content-delivery, and operational providers may process technical data under contractual or confidentiality obligations.
  • Requested introductions: information necessary to review or respond to your request may be shared with the relevant profile owner or authorized moderator. Contact details are not made public.
  • Legal and safety matters: we may disclose information to comply with law, court orders, valid government requests, prevent harm, investigate fraud, protect minors, or address trafficking, coercion, or security threats.
  • Business changes: information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, subject to continued protection and appropriate notice.
  • Your direction: we may share information for another purpose when you expressly request or consent to it.

6. Security Measures and Incident Response

We use reasonable safeguards proportionate to the nature of the Service, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, password hashing, HTTP-only authentication cookies, access controls, rate limits, secure server configuration, limited administrative access, and backups.

No system is completely secure. If we discover a personal-data breach that creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities without undue delay and within legally required timeframes, including within 72 hours where that standard applies.

7. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance:

  • Member account data: while the account remains active and up to 90 days after a verified deletion request, except for limited records required for security or law.
  • Social introduction requests: up to 24 months after submission, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
  • Featured profile applications: up to 24 months after the last application activity; approved profile data is retained while the profile is active and for up to 90 days after removal.
  • Support and dispute records: up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
  • Security and server logs: normally up to 90 days, with relevant excerpts retained longer when required for an investigation.
  • Transaction and tax records: up to seven years or the period required by applicable accounting, tax, payment, and anti-fraud laws.

Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before secure rotation or deletion.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

Submit a request to liuyelei777@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may request reasonable verification to protect your account. We normally respond within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will explain if an exception prevents us from fulfilling all or part of a request.

9. U.S. State and California Privacy Notice

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers, customer records, commercial or transaction information, internet or network activity, approximate location inferred from IP or user-entered city, profile content, and inferences necessary for social discovery. We collect and disclose these categories for the business purposes described in Sections 3 and 5.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Subject to applicable state law, residents may request to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information and may appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. Service and Marketing Communications

We may send necessary messages about account security, requests, payments, refunds, policy changes, and support. These operational messages are part of the Service and are not marketing.

We send promotional email or text messages only with consent where required. You may opt out using the unsubscribe instruction in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, security, transaction, or legal notices.

11. International Data Transfers

Seduvelle primarily serves users in the United States. Our hosting, authentication, payment, and infrastructure providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

Where legally required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as contractual data-protection terms, Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and we limit transfers to information necessary for the stated purpose.

12. Protection of Minors

The Service is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account or submitted information, contact us immediately. We will investigate and delete the information as appropriate.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services such as Google sign-in and Waffo Pancake checkout. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review them before providing information. This Policy applies only to information controlled by Seduvelle.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, vendors, Service, or legal obligations change. We will post the new version here and update the date above. When a change materially affects your rights, we will provide advance notice by registered email or a prominent Service notice, normally at least 15 days before the change takes effect where practicable.
